Rox Terms & Conditions

1) Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis. A retainer of 50% of total sale is required to reserve services.
2) All open balances must be closed 72 hours prior to event.
3) Retainers are non refundable.
4) Rox is not responsible for time lost due to accidents, weather, riots, strikes, wars, epidemics or acts of God beyond our control.
5) Purchaser is required to provide accurate directions to event.
6) Purchaser is responsible for providing a safe working environment for all Rox employees.
7) Purchaser is required to provide one six-foot table, accessible electrical outlet and access to venue at least one hour prior to event for all DJ services.
8) Purchaser is required to provide a copy of valid US drivers license and credit card for all limousine services.
9) Purchaser grants Rox unrestricted use of photography and videography images in compliance with United States laws.
10) In the rare event your requested Rox contractor is unable to perform, Rox is authorized to make an equivalent replacement.
11) Purchaser has read and understands this contract.
12) Purchaser acknowledges their authority to sign this contract and agrees to the above terms & conditions.
