__select bridesmaid accessories

3 to five months Prior
__order wedding programs
__order wedding cake
__order reception beverages
__order wedding accessories (ring pillow, cake knife, wine glasses)
__start writing wedding vows

2 to 4 Months Prior
__aquire marriage license
__plan rehearsal dinner
__make beauty appointments for hair, make-up and nails
__plan bridesmaids luncheon
__arrange bachelor/bacheloette parties

1 to 2 months prior
__mail out wedding invitations
__verify all bookings
__pick up wedding rings
__send copies of rehearsal and wedding day schedules to each attendant
__plan seating chart and receiving line order
__send out bridal shower thank you notes

1-2 Weeks Prior
__phone anyone  who did not rsvp
__send caterer final number of guests
__get everyone in for final fittings for wedding attire
__make wedding attire  pick up arrangements
__finalize honeymoon arrqngements
__check the weather forecast and plan accordingly

The Night Before
__make a list of things to remember tomorrow
__deliver wedding accessories and party favors to ceremony and reception sites
__have final vendor payments ready
__go over itinerary with attendants
__finish packing
__try to get a good night's sleep

Your Wedding Day
__check your to do list
__transfer engagement ring from left hand to right
__arrive on time for photos
__stop and smell the roses-you paid for them!
